It was announced shortly after the end of Season 1 thatLandmanwas getting a physical media release, and nowAmazonjust made it much more affordable for fans to bring the oil fields of West Texas right into their living room.Landman’s 4K Blu-ray and DVD discsare now 33% off on Amazon for a limited time only, and those with a Prime membership can enjoy overnight shipping.The DVD is now priced at $17.31 (down from $25.99), and the Blu-ray is now $24.95 (down from $33.99). It doesn’t say how long this discount will last, so move faster than Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton) racing out to check on one of his rigs.
Landmanset records for Paramount+ asthe platform’s most-watched new series ever,and although it took longer than expected to renew the show for Season 2, the announcement came with gifts. Unlike some TV shows, which don’t begin production until a year or more after they’re renewed,Landmanfired up the oil rigs and rolled the cameraon its second season mere weeks after it was officially announced. Moving forward with a second season was a no-brainer forParamount+after the first season performed so well, and the streamer was likely getting its ducks in a row before breaking the renewal news to the world. Paramount has also announced thatLandmanSeason 2 will premiere later this year in November, the same time the show began streaming last year.

In addition to Billy Bob Thornton,Jon Hammalso stars inLandmanSeason 1 as Monty Miller, but after the shocking finale, he’s not expected to return in future seasons. Monty’s wife Cami is portrayed by recent Oscar-nomineeDemi Moore, who is expected to step into a much larger role in Season 2 and work more closely with Tommy.Ali Larteralso stars alongside Thornton as Tommy’s wife Angela, and she recentlyconfirmed her Season 2 return with new set images.Michelle Randolph, whofeatured in both seasons of Sheridan’s1923, plays Ainsley Norris inLandman.
