Both movies hold the #1 and #2 spots on Apple TV+, with the likes ofEcho Valley,Brad PittandGeorge Clooney’sWolfs, andKillersof the Flower Moonalso in the top 10. Although impressive streaming figures and a positive Rotten Tomatoes score would suggestThe Gorgeis worth your time,not every critic was left impressed by the Taylor-Joy-led sci-fi flick.For Collider,Therese Lacsongave the film a poor4/10 in her review, saying, “At the end of the day, no one was going intoThe Gorgeexpecting a theatrical masterpiece. But, if you’re looking for a popcorn Valentine’s movie, one that is seemingly tailor-made for the average couple with equal helpings of romance and action (even with a few jump-scares so you can hide in your loved one’s arms), then you need look no further.”
