The property was first listed in October, just weeks aftertheir property issues were temporarily settled.In the settlement, Haack will keep their properties in Newport Beach, California, and the property they shared in Nashville.Although Haack had bought the house before she and Hall married, Hall was allowed to use their house in Franklin, Tennessee, as long as he did not rent it out. In response to Haack listing the house for sale back in October, Hall tried to block this move by going to the courts, andthe listing was removed just weeks later.

In July, news ofHaack and Hall’s divorceamid filming of the anticipated collaboration with the El Moussas,The Flip Off, shocked many. Since the news of the divorce,Hall was axed fromThe Flip Offand was removed from the opening ofChristina in the Country. With the divorce war brewing, Haack continues to make decisions regarding her divorce that may just help her succeed.
The HGTV Star Is Making Huge Moves In The Divorce Battle
News of Haack’s decision to relist the home came afterhiring renowned legal practitioner Laura Wasser, thus dropping Dearmy Law APC. Reports state that Haack wasunhappy with how her divorce was progressingand wanted to seek the best divorce attorney for a fast divorce. Wassar previously representedKim KardashianandAngelina Jolieduring their divorce proceedings.
Haack’s decisions regarding her legal representation and her Tennessee home may cause further tensions between Haack and Hall. As news of Haack relisting her home was only just reported, Hall has yet to respond to the relisting. However, Hall potentially returning to court to get the sale blocked is not surprising, as he had previously cited having an “appreciation interest” in the home in the filing and mentioned the mortgage payments he had made. He has also denied agreeing to sell the home, whereas Haack claimed that she gave him “proper and timely notice.”

Despite engaging in a bitter divorce battle, Haack and Hall had also settled some matters in their divorce, asHaack agreed to pay a $100k advanceto her estranged husband for expenses such as bills and legal fees. Regarding the relisting on the home, it isunknown whether this would affect the temporary property agreement.
