What Happened in ‘Silo’ Season 2 Episode 1?
The premiere episode for Season 2 ofSilobeginsimmediately after Juliette (Ferguson) steps outside her Silo, discovering the shocking truth: hers isn’t the only one. Determined to reach the next Silo, Juliette faces a grim landscape filled with thousands of skeletons - corpses of a failed rebellion of the past. In a flashback, audiences see hopeful civilians storm their Silo, celebrating with a green flag of victory, only to succumb to the presumably toxic air moments after their escape.
Once inside the neighboring Silo, Juliette discovers it is dark, abandoned, and filled with dangers. Running out of oxygen, she’s forced to smash her helmet to survive - permanently locking herself in this particular Silo. Following the sound of metal clinking, she encounters a collapsed walkway. After a failed attempt with a makeshift bridge, she barely survives by leaping to safety.
At the end of her journey, Juliette reaches a locked door and comes face-to-face with a mysterious stranger. Peering through a small slot, the figure warns her to stay away, threatening her life if she tries to enter again. Suspense builds as Juliette is left in a dilemma - with her protective gear broken, and her presence unwelcomed in this new Silo, Juliette has practically nowhere else to go.
