In a family filled with five sisters, it’s no surprise there would be catfights over clothing! Even being as rich as the Kar-Jenner sisters,fighting over fashion just cannot be avoided. InThe KardashiansSeason 6, Episode 4, which aired on June 16, 2025, viewers got a peek at howKim Kardashianmade peace with her sister,Kourtney Kardashian Barker, after their infamous Dolce & Gabbana drama.
During theirDolce & Gabbana x SKIMS shoot,Kim brings up an incident from her and Kourtney’s childhood. She recounts an instance from sixth grade when she was in a new school. She hadborrowed a pair of Levis jeans that had cow patcheson themfrom the Poosh mogul to make a good impression. Kourtney, who was getting hair and makeup done in the adjacent room, chimed in and remarked that they used to call the vintage Levis jeans “the cow jeans.”
Kim went on to reveal that her older sister – who used to attend a completely different school –stormed into her classroom and demanded that she take them off.This incident marked the onset of the siblings’ love-hate relationship over sharing clothing. Moreover, Kim was forced to change into an outfit that she wasn’t enthused about. Kim spilled howshe was mortified by the unprecedented wardrobe changeas follows:
“And then [Kourtney] comes in with the lamest shorts and makes me change into them. I was so embarrassed, and I have never gotten over what happened to me in sixth grade.”

Earlier in the episode, before the sisters were reminiscing about their childhood feud,they addressed theirDolce & Gabbana feud, which had stemmed from Kim being named the creative director for the Spring 2023 Dolce & Gabbana Milan Fashion Week show.
Kourtney felt that this was a snaky move on Kim’s part and felt that she was copying her wedding–as she had worn several looks from the luxury brand during her wedding toTravis Barker. Kim gently broached the idea of having Kourtney shoot for the collab, and was quite nervous going into it, considering the fact thatshe knew her older sister had strong feelings about the whole topic. In a confessional, Kourtney reflected on what was running through her mind at the time. She shared how, in the beginning, she felt thatanything Dolce-related that Kim did made her feel a disconnect with her sister.
However, in the latest episode ofThe Kardashians, Kourtney said it was water under the bridgeand expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration. She agreed with Kim’s statement that“it wouldn’t be a Dolce moment” without hermarking the end of their long-drawn-out feud.
