It only took almost ten years, butthis season onSouthern Charmwe are finally seeing a changedShep Rose. Throughout his time on the series, Shep was the ultimate Southern play boy, and his dating history backs it up. He’s been romantically linked to many of his female castmates, includingDanni Baird,Landon Clements,Chelsea Meissner,Kathryn Dennis, and most recentlyTaylor Ann Green. His relationship with Taylor blew up during Season 7 ofthe reality series, where it was revealed Shep had cheated on her on multiple occasions.I was convinced that Shep was incapable of a real relationship and true love. However, during the Season 9 reunion, Shep revealed his drinking had gotten out of control and was blacked out during BravoCon 2023. Since then, Shep has taken the steps to completely change his lifestyle, and this season it showed, especially in his love life.
Shep is in his redemption arc this season,falling in love with his beauty queen Bahamian girlfriendSienna Evans. However, in a twist of events, Shep is the one chasing after her. For once, Sienna is the one who really isn’t being portrayed in a good light. In a conversation betweenMadison LeCroyandPatricia Altschul, it was revealed thatSienna was actually a fan of Southern Charm, and had hit up Whitney Sudler-Smith before connecting with Shep.While Shep is absolutely head-over-heels for Sienna, she doesn’t seem the least bit interested in him – and the whole cast knows it. Since the season began airing, Sienna had stayed silent while all of this information was coming out about her - until recently.In a series of TikTok posts, Sienna claps back at a lot of the rumors going around about her on the show — however, I’m not buying anything she’s saying.
There’s No Way Sienna Evans Didn’t Know Who Shep Rose and Whitney Sudler-Smith Were
In the TikTok videos,Sienna claims she did not know Shep was onSouthern Charmbefore connecting with him. The two met on Raya, where Sienna said that his profile simply looked like “a Southern boy who liked to fish.” She further claimed that she had never watched an episode of the show while first talking with Shep.I don’t buy it at all.First off,“a Southern boy who likes to fish,” doesn’t exactly seem like her type. I don’t think she would match with a random Southern guy who drinks beer and fishes in his free time. It seems like her standards are a little higher than that. Second, atRodrigo Reyes’dog’s birthday party, she told the group thather grandma was the president of a Southern Charm fan club.She confirms that her grandma is a fan of the show in her TikTok videos, saying her grandma and her friends from the Corona Club, which is a club of older ladies who do philanthropy, all watch the show together. She never directly addressed if her grandma was indeed the president of a fan club, but I believe that she is based off of the conversations at the dog party. Sienna’s argument is that nobody knows every show their grandparents watch and who is on it – which is true. However,you would know the show your grandma is the president of a fan club for.In typical grandma fashion, she saw the men onSouthern Charm, and told Sienna to go for a good Southern man like them.I am not convinced she connected with Shep organically. I think it was a calculated, premeditated move.

She also refuted claims that she hit up Whitney, saying he was the one to actually directly message her.However, her story doesn’t add up. In one video, she said Whitney direct messaged her on Raya, and in the second video, she refused to say what app Whitney messaged her on. She did show an apparent screenshot of his message, which showed Whitney saying “Hi, how are you?” with Sienna replying, “I’m good, how are you.” She claims that is the extent to which the two talked, and that she didn’t know that Shep and Whitney knew each other, or that they were on a show together. It seems awfully suspicious that, coincidentally, she connected with two men from Southern Charm on Raya.What’s more likely, is that she was looking for a connection with someone on the show.Also, you aren’t allowed to screenshot conversations on Raya.She possibly went back on her claims that the app was Raya because she wanted to show “evidence,” or a fabricated screenshot of their messages.
It’s Hard to Believe Sienna Evans Based on Her Behavior This Season
It’s hard to believe what Sienna is claiming in her TikTok videos when her behavior on the show this season is so off-putting.Throughout the season, she progressively gets worse and worse. When we first met her on the show, everything between Shep and her seemed good. They were a young couple getting to know each other, and I found it nice that she came to visit him in Charleston and meet all of his friends. However,when Shep started talking about her behavior after she left Charleston, I started to question her intentions. Shep confides inAusten KrollandCraig Conoverabout Sienna’s odd behavior, saying that after going on a trip to Africa she ghosted Shep for days. When the cast goes to the Bahamas, things go from bad to worse. Sienna doesn’t even meet them at the airport, and when she eventually goes to the hotel, it seems like she wants nothing to do with Shep. The cast even picks up on her negative energy, Craig saying"I’ve never felt the energy coming off a person like I felt coming off of Sienna, ever in my life"withRodrigo adding that he finds her rude. Sienna ends up leaving dinner early with a “stomach ache,” and expresses that she wants to go to the fish fry without Shep, instead of going snorkeling with him.That’s not the way someone acts when they genuinely like somebody. She’s clearly dating Shep with an ulterior motive in mind.
