Death., the show will be set betweenStar Trek VI: The Undiscovered CountryandStar Trek: The Next Generation. That leaves a 70-year chunk of the series’ timeline open to explore. Though it’s a rumor, it’s hard to predict just where the new series will fall. But if true, then the TV series will exist inStar Trek‘soriginal continuity and not the rebooted timeline of theJ.J.
